Join the Euclid Hope Task Force and our national partner, LIVE FREE USA, for this three-day event that includes a Kick-Off Rally on Thursday, August 31st, followed by intensive trainings on community-rooted violence prevention and interruption strategies on Friday, September 1 and Saturday, September 2. The event is part of the Hope Task Force's ongoing efforts to build safe, sustainable community through human-centered, trauma-informed citywide collaboration. Supporting sponsors include Euclid City Schools and  Grace Community Church.

Please note that while the August 31st kick-off rally is open to the public, registration will be required to participate in one or both trainings on Friday, September 1 and Saturday, September 2..

Peacemaker Bootcamp, Day 1 
Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Intensive, interactive training with national leaders in community-rooted violence prevention and interruption strategies, covering topics such as the role of schools, employment, gang intervention specialist, hospital interventionists, law enforcement, legal services, criminal justice, case management, advocacy and leadership development, mentoring, job training, and trauma-informed care. 

Peacemaker Bootcamp, Day 2
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
 

Violence prevention training continues with a debrief of the prior day's learning and a focus on community organizing vs. activism, power structures, and relationship building.
